1. Causing death by dangerous driving 2. Driving with excess alcohol 3. Driving without insurance Can anybody tell me why the charge is'nt Manslaughter?

RE: 1. Causing death by dangerous driving Just watched the poor mother on the news, with the father nursing a broken neck and back as well. Poor b'stards. What gets me is that if he had knifed them he would have got life. But because his weapon of choice was a car he'll get around 4 years. And, in my book, the car was a weapon because if you get in a car and drive it after drinking then it is akin to taking a gun or a blade out and using it.
