    Can anybody tell me why the charge is'nt Manslaughter?

    Your insurance is void if you are found to be over the limit. Doesn't mean he didn't have any.

    Just watched the poor mother on the news, with the father nursing a broken neck and back as well. Poor b'stards.

    What gets me is that if he had knifed them he would have got life. But because his weapon of choice was a car he'll get around 4 years.

    And, in my book, the car was a weapon because if you get in a car and drive it after drinking then it is akin to taking a gun or a blade out and using it.
