No Queue jumping!

Don't care what she told you. Totally wrong to what happened to me today. Got to club at just after 9, got a YELLOW ticket (712) was told it's number would be up in around 2 \ 3 hours. Got back after 12 told to go to front of queue.

Got my ticket :) and I didn't queue jump. Oh and if I wanted to I could have got extra Wednesday tickets but has I only got tickets for my own and friends seat I didn't need to do that.

    Was referring to original post

which is why I resorted to name calling which in hindsight was a bit childish. I don't work in Barnsley so can't nip down at 7:30, get a raffle ticket then pop back at dinner time like t'owd lad. The only time I can get are outside normal 9-5 office hours and weekends. On Saturday/Sunday they were only open for 3 hours and if you didn't get there early, you didn't get a raffle ticket. I just think the whole thing has been a fiasco so I was a bit annoyed when someone came on with "What's your problem, why's everyone hysterical - I've done all that 7 till 7, 24 hours, 7 days a week stuff"

Maybe I should have got there at 7:30 instead of 8:45 but that's my own fault. My next chance is tomorrow night before the QPR game when I can get there for about 6:15 but I'm not really expecting to get served before the game kicks offso it's likely next Saturday morning for me. I've calmed down a bit so apologise if I caused any offence.

Why did you not do a postal application then???
Also for QPR its all pay on the night so what is problem there, queue up and get one tomorrow night.

The club did say that you could apply by post, and they would have preferred that to people queueing

RE: you were one of many on saturday

    Thanks for the helpful replies.

I will take your advice and give it a try tomorrow morning, especially if I can leave and come back later.

Replying to the comments - I did not apply by post as there is no security in place as far as I can see - I am not giving my credit card info out and I want an extra QPR ticket next to the 3 STs we already have. I don't want my brother in law having to sit miles away.

    Cheers for the replies. :)
