    Or should I have said you didn't read the t&c's and are now moaning about the fact that its the club at fault when it is in fact you

    I think you are right. It's reasonable and standard practice for a ST holder to be able to claim their own seat for a cup match. It's certainly something you would expect . It's clearly easier for them not to bother to do so and so you have to like or lump. You choose to lump and good for you say I.
    You would imagine as ST holder the club would so all it could to treat you favourably under every circumstance, but football clubs don't follow normal commercial practices in delivering value and customer service to anyone.
    Is one reason I watch more and more non league footy - great value and the pies are better (and cheaper).
