    Don't get all this wanting Wilson back malarkey.

    Anyone wonder why he didn't have the same success at other clubs like he did with us.

    One reason for this Eric Winstanley did not follow him to Wednesday or Bristol or Hartlepool. For me big Eric was instrumental in our success in 96-97 and proved what a great coach he was by improving St Kitts and Nevis world ranking by 100 places.

    Behind every good Manager is an even better number two.

    Some people.. Look at that list objectively consider the clubs and leagues those results are in, his record with us was great but after that not so much.

    Just like he's saved every other club he has been with. Just remind me, how many teams has he taken to the premier and then actually kept them there for a sustained period?

    me move on? i'm not the one wanting to turn the clock back 15 years. do you recall wilson's tenure? do you recall the dogs abuse he got as a player at Barnsley? do you remember the abuse the Club got at the time, for 'taking the cheap option', when they gave him the job after the Anderson disaster? do you remember him telling everyone to go out and renew their season tickets, cos he was going nowhere? i do. if i was a betting man, i imagine the same people who were giving him that dogs abuse and slating the Club for giving the job at the time, are the same people calling for flicker's head

    Barnsley Football Club is not Danny Wilson's home. We borrowed him from Wednesday. He was $hit for us as a player, we took a gamble on him as a manger, got lucky, then he ****** us off, the second his 'real' home came calling

    Living in the past are you? What exactly has he achieved since he left. Time to stick with a Manager who has his heart in Barnsley FC, and stop all these knee jerks. If we drop down, so be it. The money is not in Barnsley, nor do we have the gates, so irrespective who manages the club, we have a hard task.
