Glad to see fans thinking of possible ways to fill up the ground but in this case I cant see the idea working - 9 games for £99 is just too cheap as pointed out above thats way cheaper than a season ticket where dedicated fans pay out up fromt for an entire season. Whilst most Season Ticket holders have no problem with special promotional games thats just too many.

There is also the point that the club would have to get a substantial increase in fans - probably need another 6-7000 fans to break even on that - and I cant see that many going for it.

Something like next 3 games for £50 is more realistic - but I dont think that will happen either

One way that will get the fans coming back though is more games like Saturdays - its a while since I have left the ground and being desperate for the next game - shame its not for over a month

Maybe £125 then '125' if £99 is to little - I just think a price needs to be eye-catching to get people in. I understand that these fans are paying less, but maybe for the long run it will benefit us all if fans get back on board and the atmosphere is greater fir ALL of us!!! Once again the club has nothing to lose as hundreds not thousands of extra are coming through the gates, something big could at least double or treble this.

There's a general agreement that £20 on the gate would be a sweet spot for a lot of people and should eventually get the crowds to come back. It's a gamble but I think I read somewhere that the club would need to guarantee an extra 1500 supporters per game to bring in the same revenue...we've had a lot more than this going back two or three years so there's no reason why we can't get to those levels again.

Ultimately results will drive the success or failure of such a drop in price - you could make it a fiver a game but people still wouldn't turn up if they felt there was a good chance they'd be in for a cold and frustrating afternoon. Hopefully under Flitcroft we can continue to show signs of improvement during this run of away games.

The £100 ticket for all the remaining games is an interesting idea, you don't want to annoy existing season ticket holders given that the per match price is less than what they paid at the start of the season, but pretty much all the games which would have at one point been classed as 'Category A' have already been played and £100 does seem like the type of figure that would interest a large number of people and now would be a perfect time to offer it given that there is a long gap to the next home game. I have to say I'd be astounded if the club did something like this though, they've been extremely stubborn on ticket pricing and seem to hate offering any type of discount.

The £20 match tickets have to come in though.

Some good points there jedstar. Lets see what happens, the more pressure we put on the better it will get. I emailed Don and Mark again saying if £99 is way to little, then use the '125' logo and go for £125 with the same concession and kids prices!!

Best way to fill the ground is to win matches on the pitch. Easiest way to win matches on the pitch is to generate cash to buy/loan players. Cutting tickets to a third of what we already charge is a massive gamble and one that would lower our budget, making it even harder to afford to bring in decent players. Twenty Is Plenty until the end of the season should be happening though.

£20 Adults, £5 kids till the end of the season...

... and none of this advance purchase b0llox - pay at the gate. If they don't come then they're not going to at any price.

Cracking idea. We need as many in as possible for the last 9 games.
