    Doesn't this thread contradict Khaled's 11,000 ST holders aspiration? Surely the aim has to be to exceed expectations?

    Tbf we struggled at the beginning of the season Redbulls coming in for Struber was a blessing in disguise imo.

    Not really. In the absence of a mega rich benefactor. 11,000 season ticket holders doesn’t really give the sort of revenue to compete financially in the championship

    Yeah. Choosing between being pasted week in week out or actually being competitive?

    What league we're in doesn't really matter to me anymore, I just want to be entertained and have a smile on my face at 5pm on a Saturday.

    Exactly how I feel and that's what it's all about for me. That's why successes in League 1 although great at the time feel a bit hollow for me.

    I will never get the mentality of "rather be a top league 1 team", let's go down to league 2 then and go for the title there, or drop out of the league and win even more matches...
    Just does not make sense to me at all.
    Sod the championship and getting into the prem, over rated !!!!!
