RE: mcphail hs shown that he has the ability

the only flaw in that side is that you have included Hassell who is one of the worst players that has ever played for us, make Willie Ferry look like Maradonna

Cant help but think we got lucky with him at centre half

As a defender he was shocking.

If i gave a white piece of paper and black pen I doubt that he could mark the peice of paper

    tonge could do the job

but i wouldnt personally move shuker. with the players we have got at th eclub it would be pointless trying to play three across the midfield (with shuker in front), 4 of them get beat every time as it is so 3 would be no good

i like williams but think he is an out and out left back. id play wing backs in my 352. williams would struggle getting up and down so i would put howard in. dont know what howards like yet though so williams would play there for now

well i can see your point. i have to point out last year when hart brought in vaughn. the reason Mansfield let vaughn leave was that he cant play in a flat back four. they played the 352 formation till keith curle took over and switched to 442. what was mr hart thinking of?

"someone who can pull strings when its asked from him"

We ask him to pull strings in every game, like we know he can.

But time after time he says "******** to you I can't be arsed".

No, he's had his chances with me. About 40 of them I'd say.
I would not put up with an idle B*stard at work getting paid more than me for doing F*ck all, and I don't see why this is different.

How many chances do you want the idle b*stard to have.

For me it is going to be a test of Ritchie's bottle as a manager - will he drop him until he shows that he is ready to play for the club. Somehow I doubt it.

By Christmas time, it will be too late. We cannot afford to play with ten men for half a season. If we do, I hope you will be as tolerant and forgiving to the likes of McPhail when we are playing in League 2 next season.

Was the ball out of play by any chance?

    no

shuker had it and had nowhere to go. i'd have thought that would be when your central midfielder moves into space to create a passing opportunity for the little guy, but not our mcsnail
