    I agree with you

I was saying as much prior to the 4 joining, we need a centre half, he wanted Greer, he wanted Beevors, I assume he has other targets, if he's still manager in January I expect his first signing to be a centre half. Not sure Hassell is the answer but I'd play him instead of Wiseman if it came to it.

On paper, we were all pleased with those signings but when you're down the bottom end of the table and luck is against you, equalisers in the 92nd minute and fouls on the keeper missed by the ref mean the pressure is on. The 11 he picks against Millwall needs to be the right 11 and a win might be the start of a run, thats how football works.

Re: I'm not going to be calling for his head any time soon

IMHO "Keith Hill Out" exerts more pressure than complaining that Greening only ever passes it backwards and that we play with no width. I thought the tactics in the second half against Wednesday were really poor, the worst under Keith Hill's stewardship, but I don't think you should be sacked for sticking 3 up front. Particularly when you've only ever done it once. If that were true Simon Davey should have been sacked every week. Although, to be fair, quite a few people thought that.

Id guess at around that 7-8k

and more pay on the day if we reduce prices sensibly to reflect the level and start winning games consecutively and maybe stabilise in the top 6. A winning L1 side generally gets better support than a losing/relegation threatened Championship side.

Is it no negative opinions on anything to do with the football side of things unless it upsets or puts pressure on Keith.

    Is he really that precious?

If every team in the Championship started the season on the same budget, your stats would be relevant. It's not that they don't apply to Keith Hill or BFC, they don't apply to anyone.

Of course your opinion us entitled, as long as you accept that voicing it contributes to the negativity that will get us relegated.

More the young players I'd say. Look at em, they're terrified. If we want to survive this season we'd better get some confidence into those lads and fcking fast!!

Passing the buck onto the fans who aren`t up Hills arris and want to see change, is this the new basis for IF Keefy fails. Its their fault not Keiths.

Say we get another manager - who then takes us down - then what? Do we sack him too?

Re: I'm not going to be calling for his head any time soon

I'll let someone else determine Keith Hill's fate. I don't want my club relegated and will do my bit to prevent it. That doesn't mean joining a lynch mob, it means supporting anyone who puts on a red shirt on a Saturday afternoon.

If the board want a change of management, fine. If the fans want to change the board, that's fine too. There'll be plenty of time to pick over the bones at the end of the season but right now we've got a match on Saturday and we need to start winning.

I've not given up and plan to get myself to more matches not less.

But most whether they want to keep Hill/manager or those that want a change do support them whilst at games.

I want change and put my opinions on here am I part of a Lynch mob?

    In all fairness

The fans in the ground have shown a great deal of tolerance and understanding with regards to the manager's problems. I've heard very little abuse and anger directed towards him by the crowd as a whole. The BBS is the perfect medium for supporters to vent their frustrations ,allowing their backing of the team to take place at Oakwell.

Don't feel too sorry for football managers they get paid in one year more than most of us earn in 10 yrs ,if they stay in the job for two to three years they earn more than most earn in a lifetime, then theres the pay off......the only manager I felt sorry for at BFC was Steve Parkin ,he wasn't treated very well at the end by all accounts.

Sorry, I could have put that better. I believe the negative vibe of supporters is not helping the team and we need to get behind them if results are going to change. Simple as that.
