    To translate: What Toby said on social media was bang on. The BBC probably thought he'd gotten too big for his boots. However, BBC Radio Sheffield have since realised they've lost their biggest asset. Ratings have plummeted and they've been inundated with complaints. He hadn't gotten to big for his boots, it's just his boots were too small. They need Toby back and Toby wants to come back, but no no one wants to lose face. How does everyone come out of this smelling of roses? Simple, Toby gets his job back with a nice big pay rise so long as he apologises and takes the blame.
