    Maybe so but I must say one thing, I cannot remember anyone wanting a manager sacked for getting a club promoted.

    A Barnsley Chop

    Is The last 5 vertebrae of a single loin of lamb, weighing approx 1lb 4 oz, NOT a Butterfly chop, which is 2 chops cut through the backbone, so there is one opposite the other.
    It is very annoying to me when I see this described as a Barnsley Chop, having worked as a butcher for 20 years, I know what I am talking about.
    It was invented by Albert Hirst for the Queens Hotel. It should be marinaded over night in red wine and herbs, sealed in dripping on a HOT grill and then cooked. When its done correctly it is the most beautiful tasting meat. (dribble) (dribble) (dribble) (dribble)
