Agree with Dyson. The lad was used all over the place but still got 5 goals. Crucial strikes at Charlton and Burnley, too. A good option for us, and by all accounts a decent lad to boot.
As for the remaining trio, I think the longer it goes on the more chance they'll sign back up. And I'd take Bob and Luke over Cranie, no question. I rate him but not as highly as a lot of you. Wiseman is just as good, and quicker. Foz was as good, too, as is Bob at centre half or defensive midfield. In my opinion of course. :)

Can't wait nar. COG signed up too. Cwyka and Scotland are deadly subs to have. Buzzing about Jennings. If we add a few more in defence, inc Cranie, and a striker, we are well set for a cracking season. I know Flicker will get them going, I think there is some genuine quality and belief in this squad, we can do something.

If Bobby, a player who was used as a last resort because our entire defense was injured, doesn't sign, then we could quite easily replace his role internally with the younger, perhaps more mobile Andrai Jones.

If Cranie, a player who was probably one of the first names on Flicker’s team sheet, and deservedly won the players player of the season award, doesn’t sign, then I believe we would have a lot bigger job on our hands in terms of finding a replacement.

I hope he signs but I don't want him being made captain if Steele leaves. I think it would give the wrong impression giving such a prominent role to someone taking so long to sign back up, thus not looking very committed to our cause and may only sign back up due to not having better offers elsewhere.

And confirmed on Barnsley FC website, saying second half of last season was "crazy and special".

    Good signing.
