Wychwood do a great stout called Blackwyche... Maybe from there... Can't get the chuffer in any shops though - once stumbled across it in the R & B but I've never seen it since...
That must be it Had some recently - my mate got me some for my birthday in a batch of beers he'd bought on a cross channel run.
If ever you find it anywhere, let me know! I've looked all over for it but I've never been able to find it elsewhere! Grand stuff! Although I like all the Wychwood stuff - Hobgoblin is a really nice drop and I like the artwork on the labels!
Tha ought to use thi taste buds to discern what is and what is not *****.
You just might change tack.

Will do Have you tried Wychcraft? I can recommend it. Strange with Hobgoblin as when I first had it I didn't like it, my mate kept going on about it and couldn't believe that I didn't like it (given we tend to like the same stuff) and even said to ar lass to get me a bottle "by accident" when she went shopping as I must have had a bad bottle. I eventually gave in and thought I'd give it another try and he was right. Probably had only had an out of date one from R&B before.
It's good stuff... Like a lot of beers, it takes a bit of getting used to. It's quite strong and has an unusual (I think, maybe porter-ish) taste... Worth another try I think!
Best use for bacardi And the only cocktail worth drinking...though I only have abroad as far more alcohol put in....had it over here and it's far too heavy on the coke http://www.cocktail.com/recipes/l/LongIslandIcedTea.htm
What is? I said I'd retried Hobgoblin And I've had Blackwych and liked that though I have to be in the mood to have porters.
