was exactly the sort of case that sprang to mind as the most likely application. Where someone gets beaten so often they do themself in.

The other was bullying, but then you'd have to prove the intent was to cause them to kill themself and not just make them feel small.

I can't see a conviction for bullying to death. There's already laws against harassment/intimidation etc. It'd also be difficult to convict a violent husband imo as where it may drive one woman to suicide, another might just walk out.
