She asked me if Escalations take all calls when a cust asks for someone other than CSA. I said yes and she told me that one of us had refused call because cust had asked for a TL and not a supervisor.

everytime someone asks for tl i ask suzanne she says escillations i ask them they always say only tl can take tl calls supervisor calls we take so i always have to tel cust so then they marth sayin wel same bloody thing so i have to ring back up wi all the info

Everytime a cust asks for a TL/Supervisor/Manager straight through to 500. Its us that are paid to take the ****. If they don't take their name and then wham.
