    i'm not overlooking that because it is an over the top OPINION, not a fact. i can't say that there are definately going to be good players ready to join, but at the same time you can't say that all the good ones will be gone.

    i'm hoping that davey will sign a decent striker, for a reasonable fee, who has a good goalscoring record and who fits in with our budget. if that player isn't available in january then so be it, we'll have to wait and work with what we've got.
