Agree completely. The treatment of some players is awful, but I don't think anyone can suggest that Macken and Howard don't deserve criticism. They don't deserve to be singled out either, however. There isn't anybody playing well at the moment except for Steele. The treatment of Devaney sounds disgusting on Saturday, particularly as he was one of only a handful that played as if they cared.
RE: Unfortunately not just on here Wouldn't like to speculate on the reasons, but you hear that many similar stories about the place from different people that there ought to be a smidgeon of truth in them.
We'll see how it all pans out. I wouldn't be in Cryne's position though at the minute for all the money in the world. His next decision is a biggy.

I despair Dirk, I mean slagging your own team off whilst they're on the pitch ? what do these morons expect to achieve ?

RE: I despair Dirk, Fck knows. We all have a rant and a rave in the boozer/on here whatever, but for at least the duration of the match support is what's needed.
RE: Agree completely. We were walking down the stairs / scaffolding on Saturday seconds from the end, and I have to agree that Devaney took dogs abuse that was totally out of order. Players are only human and I know that, if that had been me, I would now be looking for a new club. Who would want to play for Barnsley and take that.
RE: Unfortunately not just on here TBH been out the loop on gossip for 1 reason or another. Usual BFC 'watch this space'
spitting from fecking cowards who daren't do the same on a one to one. I remember when we lost at Bradford when Hart was in charge the players and Hart got disgusting personal abuse. Brave lads from behind a wall, now I wasn't a fan of Hart but he is a big bloke and I just wish he'd dragged one of the cowardly little scroats onto the pitch and kicked the **** out of him
RE: Nice to hear some sense I thought I heard a few boos 25 mins into the first half too, from the Ponty as usual, in addition to the Moore & Steele abuse. I guss it's the same scholars of the game that wanted Chopra off the pitch and out of the club because he's useless. Nobody in their right mind or of any quality would come and play/manage here. Some 'fans' seem to think they deserve to be entertained all match and they'll boo their little hearts our if they don't get what they want. Bless 'em.
RE: Atmosphere tonight The whole team is **** from front, Steele, to black, Odejayi. The defense is about as loose as Maddie Mccans fanny and the strikers offers about as much movement as Rhys Jones.
RE: Atmosphere tonight Is that supposed to be funny? I must be getting very old because I found that to be as funny as a dose of the clap.
Fancy that, fans wanting to be entertained what next, people going to restuarants wanting to be fed????????????? F UCK ME
RE: Atmosphere tonight **** me, I cant belive you said that i am not really offended by anything but that was a fecking sick joke mate. Shocking people with jokes like that are not always the best, especially if you go too far which you did
It was a totally inept performance from all but two, Steele and J.C.R. They were the only two that went out there and worked. I'm also rather bemused by davey's "tactics" due to the lack of any of the "team" knowing what the hell they were meant to be doing/not being arsed to do what he wanted them to do. Either way it demonstrates his inability to manage "his" team and appreciate the strengths and weeknesses of "his" players and organise the team accordingly. They played like headless and legless chickens tonight.
