I bought an all in one remote and programmed it so that with one button it turned the TV, the recorder and the sound bar on or off in a round robin kind of way. Trouble is, my step son had a habit of pressing the button and then chucking the remote straight down behind a cushion before it had been round switching off all the gadgets, so the recorder would stay on. When the missus came home and then tried to press the button, the telly came on and the recorder went off, so she pressed it again and the telly went off and the recorder came on. It's fair to say that the air turned blue when she rung me up to tell me YOU'VE SET THIS THING UP SO COMPLICATED I CANT TURN THE FECKING TELLY ON!! Still makes me smile now!
