If playing a 3 or sweeper I'd throw in Fleming

Futch scored 2 goals in 760+ appearances. To say my flabber has never been as gasted when I read that. is an understatement.
Did he not score an own goal whilst playing for us against Derby after he'd just signed from em. Or have I dreamt it.? No mention on wiki as to his days with us (playing career section) . Wierd. as we were his longest serving club. Most expensive defender in England at the time when he signed for Man city.

I know we beat Derby 5-1 at Oakwell immediately after we signed Futch and Calvin Plummer from them. Plummer scored one for us but I have no memory of who scored for Derby.
Edit; 11v11 gives Derby's team but not ours and credits Bobby Davidson with their goal which sort of rings a bell.

It could be my memory playing tricks but I seem to remember Futch tracking alongside their striker for about 25 yards as he bore down into our six yard box only to nip it off his toe at the last second and prod it past our keeper.
That said he was a Rolls Royce and would be my choice alongside Mick with Heinz Muller in goal.

Davis was a good un, I was gutted when he broke his leg, I seriously thought our promotion effort would fizzle out without him.
