I'm going to that London, with my friends, for the weekend and I get to see Barnsley play at Wembley. I feel like an 8 year old in the week before Christmas. I'm so excited a little bit of wee keeps coming out.

Wow, there's some miserable chuffers in this thread

"not as important as Play Offs"
"I'll think about it after Friday and Monday"
    "glorified Keepmoat"
"Players shouldn't be thinking about it"
"won't watch the presentation even if we win it, waste of valuable drinking time."

Well, to redress the balance, I am VERY excited about it.

When I book a holiday for the family, I don't decide "I can't look forward to that, because we've got a few weekend trips booked first".
I just look forward to all of it.

Glorified Keepmoat??! Are you for real? It's the best stadium in this country, the home of English football, and all the tradition and history that goes with it. We have been there twice in 100 years. Yes we may get there again, even this season, but we're hardly nipping down there every season. We get to take 20+ thousand fans to an away game. What's not to like?

Players not thinking about it - nowt to do with owt. I'm a fan. These are the occasions why we support our team. I am perfectly entitled to look forward to the biggest day out in years - hopefully the Players will have their heads in the right place.

Waste of valuable drinking time - WOW!! You'd miss us lift a trophy for something you could do all weekend, and resume 20 minutes later?

I get to spend a weekend with my sister and daughter, first class train return, meal out in Soho, meet up with friends in Central London, Hotel, Team breakfast, meet up with friends and fellow Reds fans at Wembley, a few drinks, and THEN we get to see our team play in a Cup Final at the best, most famous, football stadium in the country. I can't think of a way I'd rather spend my money.

I make no apology for being excited. I'm looking forward to Friday's game, too. Some time in the future, we'll be in the doldrums, having lost a load of games, bemoaning how crap football is. Enjoy the good times people!

I've been looking forward to it since we got there. What's not to enjoy. Meeting up with friends old a new a bit of pro celebrity drinking and then hopefully watching us make history.

We are fans. If we look beyond the next game it doesn't affect the results.

Maybe so but that slim chance of top 2 went last weekend so top 6 needs to be the priority, not fussed where exactly because I'm more than confident whoever we draw should we get there.
