    Fairly turgid stuff from both teams in a drab Yorkshire derby. But, in the end, I DON'T CARE!:D Beating Huddersfield is always sweet.
    Michal Helik had to be my MOTM.:D Thirty one points already in the bag. Well, we've had worse seasons!

    We're 8-0 in goals scored from the 81st minute. Best record in the division and the only team not to have conceded a goal in that period.

    Get in, not a great performance and a scrappy game, which in itself is satisfying- we’re beating all types of teams in all kinds of games this season, not done that in this division for a long time.

    That’s one one way to get the ref to blow the final. Vic I think it was kicking the ball upfield and caught the ref right in the goolies. I’m not sure how he managed to blow the whistle poor man, but I had to smile

    It doesn't have to be in the segment but it has to be touching the white line which it wasn't at all. Thankfully the line was halfway up the field unable to see. We must thank the ref too for allowing the throw when we couldn't have had any complaints had he blown for full time as injury time didnt have a incident to allow more time to the three minutes.

    Sometimes I moan about long balls, and lumping it into touch from kick off is weird.

    But I'd rather we played the percentages than tip tapping around on the edge of our own area.

    Doesn't need to be touching the line mate, as long as some part of the ball is vertically above any part of the line.

    It doesn't have to be all or nothing, we have a quality midfield that is pointless in the percentage game. Yes, no tip tap at the back or across our back third but we could play football from midfield on. We're winning but the BFC I want to watch has vanished.

    Hmmm.

    I agree. But with the back 3 we have, I'm not sure they've enough quality to play that way. It's either one or the other.

    Yes, it’s all gone quiet over here too... in Netherthong/ Holmfirth...we have turned our Christmas lights red, will be wearing my reds scarf for my walk through village tomorrow. What a result!!! My daughter is beaming as she’s had lots of taunts today from Holmfirth High friends.

    I thought we well deserved it...7 shots on target to their 1....and some great one touch football by both sides in a really high pressure game.
