    Surely we can’t sign Humphrys, Roberts and DKD, plus a proper striker?
    We’ve already got lots of midfielders, including Phillips who’s probably best as a 10 and Nwakali who I thought was a CAM. I don’t know where these guys all fit.

    They’ve clear never seen him play then. I remember watching him on sky for Leeds when he first signed and he was unplayable on that day. Mainstay in the team when he was fit under bielsa in their promotion season. Think he’s lost his way a bit

    If we were in for him, he'd be here instead of Northampton with all due respect.

    The only way that isn't the case is if Roberts didn't fancy coming here and having to fight for his spot, which in any event means we wouldn't want a player with that attitude.

    I'll not lose sleep over that one, although I do think that we could've really done with one more striking option.

    Was probably on the list if the DKD deal didn’t happen.
    I wonder if the reason we were looking at the Swedish guy over Humphrey’s was because we were hoping to get a longer contract after the loan.
