But wouldn't one person seeing them be enough to cause a paradox? It made Googs write this thread, which we have all now read and responded to and who knows what the ripple effect of that would be, butterfly flapping its wings and all that. Plus if they had the technology to time travel (something we have no evidence of even being possible) surely they would have the technology to render themselves invisible (something technology is starting to show may be possible).
"But wouldn't one person seeing them be enough to cause a paradox?" Maybe it has and time has changed. The whole concept of paradox is that history could be written over and over again and we would never know (provided it did not result in the 'inventor of time travel never having existed) at which point of this argument my brain starts to melt ;-(
Unless of course they are happy to be seen, thus maintaining the status quo of only a handful of people actually seeing them, and the majority either not believing it or simply not giving the scenario a second thought?
I once saw a Phil gridllet shaped object over Carlton muckstack years ago, to this day no one believed me
Well there are LOTS of astronautics that claim to have seen UFO's or aliens so you're not the only one to tihnk you've seen them. Neil Armstrong claims to have seen them. Buzz Aldrin does, so do many more. In recorded audio from the space missions there have been astronauts claiming sightings. One said 'please be aware that there is a santa claus' another said 'we have a bogey at 10 o'clock'. Nasa replied asking if it was an actual sighting or part of the ships booster to which the astronaught replied 'we have several. Actual sighting'. Quote from Buzz Aldrin: “We just about could have said, ‘Look, we see a UFO out the window going along with us.’ You know what would have happened? The public would have gone crazy. We were smart enough to say ‘where is the upper stage rocket? We think we might be looking at that out the window.”
Future humans traveling back in time? Impossible, because the future simply hasnt happened yet. The arrow of time dictates that.
