    As long as your car does under 80dB you're ok. Above that you are breaking the legal sound limit for cars and damaging your hearing...

    But personally, I'd drop that limit down and make it an MOT fail/penalty points. Fed up of hearing cars racing up the Parkway at midnight - its only 1 mile away.
