There are literally thousands of posts on this forum regarding clubs overspending. Total transparency would stop it. You don't want to, that's fine. But my post has nothing to do with needing to know, it's about clubs working within the rules. At best, those that don't are being dealt with retrospectively but more usually not at all. I'd prefer they didn't overspend in the first place so we're not relegated while they remain in the division having cheated. Publishing wages and transfer fees would achieve that, accounts submitted to companies house months after the event do not.
As others have said, the final fee could be anything from £1.5m to £15m. It will depend on how many games Mads plays, how Luton do over the season, if they sell him and how much for, and whether he gets an international call up. If he is playing for Citeh in 3 years and a full Danish international we'll get much more than if he is crocked in the U21s and never plays for the first team.
