Trump now trying to sue the Georgia Secretary of State for releasing the recording. Georgia is a one party consent state when it comes to recording calls (Trump knows all about one party consent, so that should come naturally to him) so he doesn’t have a leg to stand on there. Just shows how desperate he and his legal team are.

Firstly it would be libel, not slander. Secondly as he hasn't identified the perpetrators by name there's no actionable defamation. It seems like he's actually been careful to make his tinfoil accusations whilst avoiding anything which might constitute defamation.

Are you saying that the fact he claims to have evidence is proof that he does in fact have evidence? Megalolz.

 

Just listened to John Sweeney's Epstein / Maxwell podcast on LBC. Extremely detailed and horrid to listen to.
Funnily Biden isn't at all mentioned in the entire podcast, however a certain exiting President is quite a bit.

 

Not identified the perpetrators by name? I'm sure if you read back you will see that Chief Justice John Roberts is mentioned. I'm sure as a Supreme Court Justice, John Roberts would have a good idea of how to launch a libel claim.

 

He's suggested that he's a victim rather than a perpetrator, and very deliberately stated it as opinion "I believe..." rather than fact. If he had evidence why would he state it as opinion rather than fact?

Either CT genuinely has no interest in politics (as he claims) but after making an innocent bet on the election has now crawled down the wormhole of QAnon with no knowledge whatsoever of the fruitcakes he’s chosen to crawl into bed with. in which case he deserves our support (if he will accept it).
