    These scenes are genuinely astonishing. Okay, Trump himself is batschitt crazy, so I'm not surprised he's caused this, but all those who surround him.....the hangers-on, the lackeys, the yes men.....why on earth would you choose to die on this hill??!? In days gone by, Trump and his associates would be swinging from a rope.

    Anybody that supported him, voted for him, enabled him is also to blame.

    Representatives are under their desks in the chamber and have been told to silence their electronics. They have been told to put on gas masks and tear gas has been deployed.

    This is ******* insane. This is what happens when somebody gets elected with no regard for the rule of law. Party of Law and Order by arse.

    Some that were vocally against the fight for racial justice are now eerily quiet don't you think?

    Could it possibly be that they were never against protest or riots? Surely not.

    Thats not true at all. Shocking scenes though.

    Fingers crossed nobody gets hurt and nothing gets destroyed. But I couldn’t help laughing when they got inside and they were just taking photos of the statues and casually walking around like tourists.
