The you in question wasn't you. I believe Donny red was the one who started the chain of messages you replied to with the claim
What goes on in the US continues to be relevant and important. Many of us have family and friends there. We have a shared history, they are our closest ally and, as a fellow english speaking nation their culture has direct links with and influences on ours. Secondly, and I'm sorry to upset some of the take our country back jingoists, what happens in the US has a lot more impact on the world than what happens in the UK. Like them or loathe them we need the Yanks to be doing the right things. There's a lot wrong with the country and how it's run but at least they've now rejoined the WHO and the Paris Agreement. It's going to be interesting to watch how the next four years pan out. I for one will be looking forward to discussing it.
Well Loko in particular has slagged me off twice because he was upset at things others had posted - and like \i said, in a thread of nearly 4000 posts, how many would you say were aggressive?
Come again? Not sure I've 'slagged you off' anywhere but happy to proven otherwise and offer an apology.
And to think I've been meaning to message you all day today to say what a great job you did on commentary. You can get bent!
Senator Ted Cruz thinks the Paris Agreement is about protecting Paris , that’s the level of debate in the US Senate
He's got a big enough head as it is, but I think the commentary team were the official MOTM in our post-match Zoom on Tuesday.
There's good news Bernie Sanders is the new Budget committee chairman he says he's going to look after the working family the sick and the poor and raise the minimum wage up to $15 an hour and revoke the massive tax brakes the Republicans brought about for the richest 1%.
