Trumps last outing was pretty disgusting. Someone said puerto ricans are island of garbage. Also harris the antichrist. Pretty disrespectful. Hope harris wins

The fact that we mostly all hope Kamala Harris wins points strongly to the fact that it is a choice of bad and worse not good and bad.

Not a chance trump has gained support from 2016 and he’s going to lose a lot of votes from women who in the privacy of the voting booth will break for Harris, has happened in the last election and the Mid Terms with Roe Vs Wade effectively on the ballot. I’m not sure what the pro Palestine lot are hoping to achieve. I’m certain a Harris Administration will get tough on Israel, don’t know what people can’t understand about it not being a vote winner and therefore can’t be done in an election year. While America sells them (pays for) weapons I see more criticism for Biden/Harris about the whole situation than the Israelis. You know what guarantees a trump win, the public seeeing you to be more on the side of Hamas/Hezbollah than Israel. It’s just a fact.

Trump and Kushner would love to bulldoze Gaza and help Israel build some nice real estate and a few golf courses on that land. You can bet Netanyahu wants trump to win also. Polling is pretty useless at this point. All seem to make multiple predications and then claim to be right after the fact. Anyone can do that.

I think it will be close but Harris will end up winning a larger majority than Biden.

If you're worried about world war 3, Nikki Haley would have guaranteed it.

I honestly cannot believe that the democrats are lapping up endorsements from some republicans, i.e the Cheneys. It sends chills down my spine. They're also focusing on billionaires, yet more billionaires are supporting Harris. Feels like I'm living in an alternate world. Virtually every interview with Harris is 'Trump bad' and that's it, even Van Jones and others from CNN/MSNBC are claiming she's messing it up and she needs to stop using the same talking points, thankfully she's stopped saying she's from a middle class family as much (since she grew up incredibly wealthy in comparison to us peasants), saying she wouldn't have done anything different from Biden, and in fact her being the deciding vote on certain things. Saying things like there are no soldiers in combat zones abroad, technically true but so disingenuous, especially considering troops died in Jordan in January on a military base whilst keeping check on ISIS. The amount of huge flipflops shes had, claiming wall was racist/un-american - now she supports it, fracking, in favour of banning in 2019, it failed her miserably and now she's for it, so many other issues she's changing her mind on last minute and it's just feeding into republicans favour. This fake photo being shown around of her working at McDonalds (in fairness, done by a group who support her, I dont actually think from her staff) doesn't help things either, especially with the couple of lies Walz has told i.e being in war and Tiananmen square. She had a more radical left voting record than Bernie Sanders, which is fine by me for the most part, and I understand she needs to come to the middle a little to win voters, but my word the way her and her campaign has done it has been incredibly poor in my opinion. I wish they had a primary.

No doubt some will say 'yeah but Trump this, trump that', but that doesn't matter does it? Quite clearly he can get away with almost anything and he will have support, so I don't care what he or the republicans do - I care what my side do to try win people back over. Calling half the country racist or nazi clearly isn't working because he has record numbers of black men, latinos etc supporting him for a republican over god knows how many decades. Everything is backfiring, the democrats & 50+ former intelligence agents claiming the Biden laptop was russian disinformation, turned out to be true. The massive Russian interference scandal when he won his presidency, turned out to false. Every single mistake big or small is feeding into Trump's "they're all against me" bravado - and now it's working for him. Especially with Tulsi Gabbard, Kennedy, Musk, Zachery Levi and now seemingly Joe Rogan supporting him. I think people have legitimate fears about Trump, because I do, but now it feels like so many people are just turning off because stuff like this happening. The left don't have to lie and exaggerate about Trump - just show his true colours without adding the extra and people will be swayed, instead, we keep giving him ammunition.

Josh Shapiro would wipe the floor with any republican and I'm frustrated this is the position they're in. I cannot believe it's this close, democrats should have been able to hammer Trump this election but it's a disaster. I don't even understand why Kamala got picked for VP when she failed on the first round, didn't she? She's not got a single vote and I think theyre gunna pay for it now and it ******* riles me. It's just stupid.

Project 2025 was written by the Heritage Foundation. The Heritage Foundation are big backers of the Republican Party and the Trump Presidency, thanks to his Supreme Court picked justices removing Roe v Wade and giving themselves veto over Presidential Immunity. And his VP pick - a certain JD Vance is an old friend of the main author of Project 2025 and Vance wrote the foreword to another of his books. They also leaned big into the culture wars back in the 90s and have links to both the Tories and Reform here.

Follow the money. They didn't spend all the effort and money to produce a 900 page book and heavily back the candidates for it to be ignored.

And BTW, Trump has said this week that he wants to be a "whale psychiatrist", forgot the word for "fryer", and it was only last week that he stopped taking questions at a town hall event and listened to music for 30 minutes. Even if Trump wins, I expect him to be out of the door in early 2027 (this would potentially allow Vance to be President for 10 years - before then, and he could only serve a maximum of 7-8).

Vance is a very scary prospect. The man's a buffoon, but with quite extreme views.

No idea why you are bringing skin colour etc into this?

I'm basically saying she seems week and clueles especially without a teleprompter. No way she will command respect amongst the likes of Putin and Co.

Ps. This certainly isn't an endorsement of Trump. I just think they are two extremely poor choices from a democratic and republican front and staggered that a country that large ends up with a choice they are faced with.

You're not seriously suggesting Putin respects Trump?

Suing CBS for supposedly doctoring a Harris interview and continuing his false claims of electoral fraud. A very dangerous man with little grasp of reality and if he wins I've no doubt he'll follow through on his threats to get revenge on those he feels have wronged him... The list of which seems to include republicans.

Yep, either way America is doomed.

Thought the story was going to end with him jumping in, talking to the Shark then when having reached shore, sign an order deporting all Sharks around the US coast to Brazil. :D

Not sure if respect is the right word but I would think more cautious of him as they will not be able to gauge potential reactions as easily.

Just like the last one, I’ll be watching it unfold. Really looking forward to it. My gut feeling is that Trump is going to lose really badly and we’re going to have more of the same as last time.

He’s already telling people how much he’s leading by (he’s not), and talking about it being stolen again (it wasn’t).

There was going to be a ‘Red Wave’ in the midterms, but it didn’t happen, and I think this election will go the same way.

I don’t think Trump has gained any new supporters, just the same noisy minority that call themselves MAGA and don’t wash. I think a lot of traditional republicans have had enough and will either not vote, or vote Blue.

What he was saying is she’s a war monger, but she wouldn’t do the fighting herself. When did any political figure ever go fight on the frontline?

Not bad for a bloke that claimed he had ‘bone spurs’ to avoid service.

He’s absolutely full of it. World will throw a party when he breaths his last.

Everyone has teleprompters. What issues would you say she’s ‘weak and clueless’ on? She had Trumps number when they debated, so much that he made his excuses and refused a repeat performance.
