Good post Jay, I agree with every point. I fear that LJ is just a very poor manager and all this talk of him being young and naive is just a deflection tactic; after all there are plenty more young managers doing a great job. This is going to become another wasted season floundering in mid table and considering the dross in the league and the players at LJs disposal that would be a million miles away from being acceptable.
