After getting all that off my chest and me starting on the red wine, I'm beginning to feel a bit brighter. I'm still not doing any gardening tomorrow, though!
Re: lets not start Glynn bucket would have been better over your head (joking) I like you contributed in that period contributed every year since 1967
Re: Told you so Apparently, betting on the Reds to lose offers some consolation. I'd rather take the pain, personally.
Generally if we go behind its all over. Even survival would only prolong the agony serious investment needed to become a proper Championship club.
Give you daft old drama queen !! Of course we will stay up, its just that the other teams are losing , so we have to lose to keep it interesting ! You know we never do things the easy way ! I still believe that we will stay up, I still think that during one match it will all click and we will storm through to the end of the season, problem is, we played the easier games before Christmas and got bugger all out of them, now we have to play the teams that are fighting to get into the play offs and that is not helping us, but we will do it, going to be close but we WILL do it.
What if the three points out of the last three games had come in the form of three draws. Just a thought.
Drama Queen, yup that sums me up! It's surprising how better the world appears now I've had an odd glass of wine.
Even if I discovered some Neolithic hand axes, Mark & Jay will insist they're just sharp stones! AGAIN!!
1961 for me but again lets not go down the Holier than thou road eh. You and I have exchanged words, to put it very lightly, in the past. But I am getting weary of such nonsense. Not just with you but with the whole dammed show. The bottom line is that MONEY and especially from the likes of SKY are what has ruined it all. I now live in South Wales as you ,Glyn, are probably aware of. IF there was a conference team or thereabouts close I think I could take my Saturday afternoons there, however I cannot do with the League of Wales... that's not even conference standard. I miss the match day thing... and more sorely the Oakwell match day thing. I seriously do not want to see us relegated this season, but then again I also do not want another season of struggle and good hidings and bickering . These days league 1 does give some decent football... Small fish in a big pond or big fish in a small pond... not sure what's best for Barnsley TBH... leaning to the latter to be honest
