    I worked there for a year on National Rail Enquiries, working environment is ok, but it is really strict, we had to take time out of our breaks if we wanted to go to the toilet

    thats what your SUPPOSED to do, but no-one I knew ever did when I worked there. Everyone realised it was stupid.
