Very interesting press conference today from PH

Well I think that all Hecky's press conferences are worth a listen. This one is no more interesting and is no more enlightening than any of the others. Long live Hecky and BFC.

 

Hecky seemed to have his mojo back today. I've noticed in the last two or three pre-matches he's focused on the opposition, how good they are and what they might do to us, which he's never really seemed to do before.

It's something I notice in all managers ever since when living in the Midlands I heard Trevor Francis go on at length every day, on radio and in the press about nothing but us and our qualities in the week leading up to our thrashing of Birmingham in the play-off first leg. I (and BCFC supporting mates) knew we'd do 'em just through the way Francis was talking.

Prior to the last few games I always recall Hecky focusing on us, what we need to do, what we're about and how we will go into the game. Re-assured he's seemingly back to that today 'cos I love the bloke.
