    Fitness, tactics, application,experience ....good attitude.
    All missing from the majority of all our playing staff.
    Conway had a shocker pre season but is an untouchable....hope our new CEO gets on the front foot this summer, gets a proper coach and his team in and a decent squad that can effectively compete in division 3 and regain the respect of the fan base.
    I stopped being angry ages ago.

    That's exactly it, we need a plan in place of who we need to sell/release and get on with doing it so that we can start to move forward again. Unfortunately I can see things getting dragged out all summer and having a negative impact on the start to next season.
