Kane played that one bad ball into the bo, but he also put a really dangerous ball into the box. He's got some quality - I think he'll come good

I can't believe we've not learnt from the improvements in Andersen, Mowatt, Victor, Collins and Sibbick yet! Let's not write anyone of these young lads off, shall we? They often come good

I certainly wouldn't be altering any of the second half changes, which usually have a dramatic effect, just because they haven't worked on one occasion. I can't believe anyone wants to tinker, after another clean sheet and 10 matches unbeaten.

I'd continue with the changes, but on Saturday I'd be picking the front three that's most likely to get us in front, rather than hoping to stay in the game and bring subs on to win it. Morris should be starting imo, he's our best forward.

I agree id pick Morris dike and the other is up for grabs between the other 4 probley be tempted to play woodrow as he is our top scorer. But I find this thread strange about how bad a impact sub played and no mention of woodrow and chaplins performance..

Woodrows was a tired performance imo , he’s played in most games so understandable .
Chaplin hadn’t played as many but hasn’t got the quality of Woodrow imo.

After last night I don't think the conditions were great and many weren't at it. So I think to single out anyone is harsh. Last night was in effect a free game so if cauley was tired he should have been rested imo.

Ismael said they looked tired in training as well as the match, so probably should’ve rotated a bit last night. I think our best performance was at Brentford with Chaplin, Dike and Morris. That’s the three I’d pick.

I wasn’t singling anyone out tbh.
You asked for thoughts on or lack of on Woodrow and Chaplin and I gave them.

I was on about the original post singling vic out when he was no worse than cauley, chaplin or many others

I don't think the strategy would work as well, if we were bringing on our weakest three front men every game. You've got to mix it up and make sure at least one of them is a primary forward.

This is exactly it. Our 6 strikers all have a big impact, whether that's starting and playing 60 minutes or coming on for the last 30/35.

If Vic had a touch like Morris he’d be so much better.
