Am I the only person that wouldn't want him anywhere near my club. I don't find his antics funny or charming just unpleasant. I remember how he acted with the Morgan/Hulme incident. His football style is awful and he just makes it the Warnock show. I know someone who played under him at Huddersfield and he says him and Blackwell were just bullies. Not for me
To be fair, he's been saying that for at least 6 or 7 years. He is the type who just loves working. He could have finished years ago, he doesn't need the money.
He wasn"t the manager of Sheff U at the time of the Morgan/ Hume incident & we are desperate for a fire fighter of Warnocks calibre , an ex player who loves the area ,surely a contract until the end of the season with a financial incentive to keep us up would make sense , you don"t have to like someone to appreciate he is good at his job, I would welcome him with open arms ,alas some unknown from the Iranian Sunday league will probably get the job & we will be down before the trimmings .
We finished 5th last season and they were worth zero according to our genius CEO. This board care more about trading players than winning games, hence why a Warnock type will never be appointed.

They told him this morning he was leaving, but he said he wanted to take the side to WBA. He told the players at 10 to 3 that it was his last game in charge and just asked them to give it right good go for him. Handled it all pretty well, I'd say. Wilder announced midweek.

Joke thread this. Do u really see Warnock being told how it's going to be by the likes of Conway. Warnock being told who he's getting recruited and who he's got to play. Oh aye, that's gonna work well. Pretty sure Warnock's tenure would be extremely brief, 2 words, second..... off. I'd love him here but as long as Conway is, he won't be.
