Absolutely mental considering Jalo's had around 600 minutes of league football in his time with us, when taking in his age and how long he actually gets when on the pitch, it seems a bit bizarre. Hard for anyone to show their ability in 10/15 minute spells, especially in a **** team.

I agree this lad can't wait to slag him off he was same with devante cole last season too. Yet Humphrys plays 30 odd games goes through the motions and nothing. I'd honestly play another scapegoat big Vic over Humphrys everyday of the week. Opinions.
Big season for jalo next season hopefully he can't kick on and establish himself, rather watch him who wants to play than some of the others I've seen this season.

Defo looked a penalty when he was shoved over but he’d already gone down too easily a couple of times. Does himself no favours at all. Good cameo today though to be fair….

He’s got magic in his boots. He’s direct, wants to attack.

im not quite sure he’s premier league but he’s got real talent.

the sort of player people pay their entrance fee to watch. Attacking front foot football Neerav?

he will have ups and down but he must be played now. Fingers crossed he can stay fit.

Didn’t just have a thing for Colt last season, he was attrocious on his initial loan, couldn’t believe it whe. We red-signed him.
If you think he’d have done anything with the calibre of player this season I think you’d be wrong, everyone would be equally frustrated by his work ethic and lack of quality. Norwood made him look good but we haven’t got a Norwood.
He’s scored the sum total of zero goals this season, nuff said.

No agenda just think if he’s what we are looking for building next season on that’s yet another tick in the not renewing box.
What exactly agenda do you think it is I’ve got out of interest ? If a player isn’t good enough I’ll say he’s not ! Yeah but Portugal coaches blah blah ballcocks.

It’s just pure desperation wanting him to succeed it blinds you lot’s judgement, I want him to do well but in my opinion I’ve seen enough to suggest it’s false hope.

Not slagging him off for me. He's a brilliant prospect who could go on to have a career at the very highest level but he needs to cut out that one aspect of his game because it could give him a reputation and really derail his career before it gets going

If there's one person at the club should be able to have a word about shenanigans. It's Connor.
Until Hammill arrived in his secomd spell Connor was one of the biggest offernders. I can only assume not only was Hammill the change in fortunes of the team but Connor became a much better player and cut out the falling over at every opportunity.
Jalo is a fantastic player imo. Just hope he can carry that forward into the first team where he'll meet tougher opponents. In his first few outings he tried too hard imo. If that makes sense. And invariably cocked up. Yesterday he stood out as the Great talent he should become.

Didn't think cole was great when he 1st came he was young from city's academy. Ivan toney wasn't great either. But on the other hand isgrove was good and did nothing since. That's football.

Norwood made cole look good? I think they formed a decent partnership when Norwood got fit. But the season after Norwood left cole scored more goals and finished top scorer again so stats go against your opinion.

He's 19 mate players are just prospects at 19 usually. They develop into better players with experience.

You clearly know what I meant, he fed of scraps when Norwood won balls either to him or chasing them down, there nobody here to do that now so Cole would look absolute pony, which is what he is.

I didn't know what you meant, Cole was great that season great at the high press Duff wanted still did well when Norwood went. Norwood best 60 minutes in a red shirt was at Wembley

Anyway feels like pulling teeth on that subject. I'm more concerned that you've already written a 19 year old off who hasn't started a game as be playing non league or whatever you said.

I've seen enough to think that Jalo, if he can now remain relatively injury-free, following his major shoulder operation, will have a great career at a level way above League One.

Because the lad is 19, pacey, tricky, what we are crying out for, and he's played about 600 minutes of league football only, in spells of usually 10-25 minutes. Thats why I think its mental writing him off. Are you forgetting Mads was **** for an entire season???
