McIndoe and Richards were both denied by good saves.. Struggling to think of any other missed chances at all. You have to be a wind-up, unbelievable to be negative at this stage. 5 goals between the strikers at this stage and people are complaining...it just has to be a wind-up.
RE: The part where every ball down the flank I thought he was good first half & defended well. Don't get as good a view second half though.
RE: Sorry love but I'm not discussing football with a lass. Got to admit that did make me laugh, but I'd still like to see her kick you in the knackers for it.
I agree about Hassell.. but what would you rather have Darrell? A striker who is anonymous at times but gets a goal and an assist, or a striker who toils away all game and gets no goal and no assist? Since any striker who is lively for 90 minutes and gets goals and assists would never even think about joining us and would join a top Championship club or a Premiership club?
So at least you concede that Hayes never looked like scoring apart from the pen which, although well taken, me and thee would have probably scored.
Sorry old pal but Hayes was not in todays game on the whole.

RE: Sorry love but I'm not discussing football with a lass. I agree, you certainlt don't seem to be discussing footballff
Hassell man of the match for me apart from near the end when he miskicked to let them in he was excellent all afternoon. though Kay was excellent too - made 2 goal saving tackles.
RE: Sorry love but I'm not discussing football with a lass. Wow and your site admin. Surely thats sexual discrimination
Darrell - reply to the "Agreed about Hassell" post. My point is that yes, Hayes and Richards have limitations. But I'd rather have a striker who isn't always effective but gets a goal and an assist, than a striker who toils away, works hard and gets no reward for it. I'd choose Hayes and Richards over Bradley *****-Phillips, I know that much. And he came from a Premiership club.
