We were doing pretty well a few weeks ago, before we had a few key injuries

in today's day and age, i think 50 games is plenty to start judging a manager. and as for the 'experience' thing, i just don't get that at all. if he's so experienced, shouldn't he be getting results even quicker than most?? surely if he's so experienced we should be cutting him less slack, not more?

i repeat, i'm not for his sacking. but for me, the 'wilson factor' is a load of boll0cks.

    Not good enough.

I need to see hope on the pitch.

    I disagree.

Dudgeon had on terrible game & got dropped for a few weeks but I felt he'd been decent before & after that.

Bailey's done ok, just left horribly exposed by the Hourihane & Berry out wide system we've been playing

So why dont you want him sacked if his current record is so bad.

because i still think it's too early in the season, and i can't immediately see who would do better. i also don't want him to be remembered for failing and being sacked

no - he said he would be very disappointed if we didn't get top 6 and expected us to get stronger as the season went on. We were getting better then lost a few players.

He needs time but we also cant do another relegation - however i think we'l be ok so long as we dont lose a couple more in jan that have shown promise.

I also think we have a team of individuals and are missing so attributes to make them a team. this may come or we may need to tweak the playing staff.
