Try not bringing the damn thing next Wednesday and you'll see what I mean . What more do you need to realise that they were always there ? Why else do you think they kept coming over to us , to collect empty beer glasses ??ff

Last time I used...

"net meeting" if I remember right it automatically gives you audio when useing a web cam.
Do the audio test thing and make sure the mic volume is up in your volume settings.

It'll run fine if I uninstall the camera software but then we lose the face tracking facility.

Might have to rig up a separate mic.

 

the msn thingy

if you go into actions and audio/video then you can choose audio, webcam or video.

audio will use the mic (obviously) and turns BOTH yours and their mic's on.

webcam just turns your cam on so they can see you.

and video turns both yours and thier cam and mic on.
