Must admit I'm a bit confused myself regarding the contents of the "welcome Packs". I paid for reserved plus and just got a scarf and a lapel badge. I also collected a reserved plus for my grandson. This box contained a scarf, rubber wrist band and a lanyard. Two other ordinary child season tickets had boxes with wrist bands and lanyards. That seems to suggest for a child reserved plus payment of £15 you got just a scarf more than the ordinary ticket. Does this seem value for money? Also I expected more in the adult reserve plus box. To my mind hardly good value! What about the car stickers and key rings other supporters seem to be mentioning? Could the club please supply a definitive list for us, clearly outlining what should have been in each type of box. I collected my various boxes yesterday and the organisation (or should I say, lack of it) left a lot to be desired. Boxes seemed to be being filled as and when, rather than being filled and organised properly beforehand.
Thanks. Then what does it do? Seems useless to me and i would have preferred a Key ring. Are these reserved boxes then just a 'lucky dip'. Seems so.
The gifts in each box are free, gratis. You've paid the extra £15 for more loyalty points that puts you top of the list for away tickets, Wembley (what?) etc. And, for other 'events' throughout the season. As for your reference to 'boxes being filled', that's untrue. They'd been filled with free gifts before yesterday. But one of the staff was putting the membership card wallets into some folks' boxes at their request. Whereas most were happy to be given them separate. I had to feel sorry for one old fella who'd come down for 11 tickets. Proper juggling act with his 11 boxes. He was laughing as he left, to go to the shop and buy both replica shirts. Good job he was driving!
This seems to answer my question my pack got delivered yesterday but had no card wallet in it and was trying to work out if it should have which it should reading this so will have to contact club to get it sorted
