    It’s about 500k for a 3G pitch, Havant, hemel Hempstead and Billericay are putting one in this summer, I know Maidstone, Oxford city, Harrogate and Sutton already have them.

    great community facilities the FL should allow them

    I've no strong opinions one way or another on the topic, old mate. However, I was wondering, if the ban still stands, how quickly Harrogate would be able to rip up the artificial pitch and lay a new one, were they to win promotion. Then there'd be the cost involved.

    harrogate have said they can rip it up and put grass in in enough time. I’m not sure of the cost, the 3G are better than Luton and QPR of old, I’m ok with them at non league level, league 2 should maybe allow them too to see how they go, there’s not much difference league 2 and conference national anyway
