In my lifetime we’ve been in a higher league than you or finished higher probably every season since I’ve been born if you take the last few years out of it. Wasn’t it a case of new ground new fans when you moved out of your old ground?

The first away game I went to was away at Stoke as it happens with my Junior School team when I was about 7 or 8 team in about 1992, remember we won 1-0 and you went down that season. We had a half time penalty competition on the pitch and earlier beat a team called Churchfields in a game.

As for Cardiff good luck pal. I spent a week on a course down there working last week. Met some good people down their and even though I was down on my own I was made to feel welcome by the locals in the travel lodge I was staying at.
