Get your f@cking coat mate.

Richards has so much potential there would be stacks of clubs dying to sign him if he came up for offer. Look at the way he played against Notts Forrest last year away - bloody hell he was awesome. He's still learning and he's still improving. To read your post you'd think his form was bad - he's bloody excellent.

You knob. Get behind the team.

    W@nker.

The potential in our current attack is awesome

So long as we can hold on to them we shall have an attack squad second to none . But I forget, they have to be INSTANTLY excellent

    second to none? Awesome?

I think some people are getting ahead of themselves. We've done well so far and it's good to see that the team spirit that got us through last season is again evident in the way we've come from behind to win in the last two games. But this division is going to be a tough one for a small squad like ours. We'll do very well just to survive. It's great to celebrate when we're doing well, and long may that continue, but I see little to gain from bigging oursleves up to be something we're not.

    Being realistic not miserable

    Keep feet on the ground.

Its likely what Richtea is telling the players.

When we have 50 points there will be plenty of time for joy.

like i said yesterday i think some people are only happy when they have something to moan about, but get this straight we are never going to win the premier league, deal with it. We will always be average at best, but isnt supporting "your" team all about that regardless of postion in league, performance etc.

Rick Holden said he thought Richards and Dale Tonge would be excellent players in the future. What i have seen of Marc Richards this season is prooving Holden is right.

The lad never stops trying, his work rate is awsome, and his understanding with Hayes is begining to bare fruit. We have at Barnsley got two potentially fine strikers, give them your full support, because these two not only got us in this league they may well keep us in it come next May.

    Another thing..

When you meet him after the game he is very shy and quiet. I like him. He is going to be a massive asset to this football club. Already you can see the improvement in him. I wonder what it would be like for him if his name was chanted at the game instead of all the slagging off the poor lad receives?. Saturday was the last straw for me, when I was stood in front of a group who did nothing but slag him off all game long.
Leave him alone and let him get on with his game. He is improving all the time.Ritchie and Holden aren't daft and spotted the potential in him.
