I think that Tabbie meant he had been a season ticket holder a couple of years ago but not last season. Did the invitations go out to all previous ticket holders on the database or only to those who had a ticket last season? If it was only those that had them last season then it could explain why he didnt get one. I wonder how long the details of former customers can be kept for anyway, wouldn't have thought it would be forever.
Definately a shady way to deal with matters. Did they honestly think no one would pick up on the change that was made or do they just not care. I don't begrudge paying the extra money but don't like the (what appears to be in a underhand manner) way in which in the Charter was changed with no explanation.
Thats my opinion exactly. It could have been simply a mistake and the charter should have read usually from the start, if thats the case then its just one of those things isn't it but surely the correct thing to do there is hold your hand up and apologise and explain. Don't even need to name and shame 'due to an administrative error' would have covered it. Oh well lets just hope that they learn from it and don't make the same mistake again. We are afterall all on the same team
I don't think a mistake was made. I think the word 'usually' was added to cover themselves as they had decided to go against what it had previously said. As i said before i don't mind paying the extra, but feel that fans should be treated with respect and given the truth
