Thing is keef is his own worst enemy.

Even with the injury list we still have players who can trouble and hurt the opposition yet continues to hold back.

    Hull. Derby second half.

****ing get at them. These are poor away from home.

Largely agree. We're potless, and Hill is doing about the best he can. And he's right - staying up will be a monumental effort.

However, his ritual weekly pre-match 'you only have to look how much they've spent compared to us' speech is annoying me now. YES KEITH, WE KNOW!!! He's repeatedly said his recruits are Championship quality. The dilemma he has, is now accepting that they're not. Or at least, accepting that he misunderstood what 'Championship quality' actually is.

I personally think his weekly moan is his way of telling the players 'it's not that you're not good enough, it's that everybody else is spending more money than us'.

Maybe a fired up derby is just what we need, to get some passion back..

Aye and remember when rumours were abounding a month or so ago, and someone on here mentioned that we were trying to sign Raheem Sterling from Liverpool?? Well his agent has told him not to resign his contract unless the Reds(Scouse ones) pay him £50k per week - its gone mad. But I'm with you and think Hill for all his faults is trying to do the right thing and play the right way, and as for his constant moaning about lack of funds - I hear it from some of the moaners on here week in - week out. Let's all get behind him and buy him a new coat for Xmas!!
