Don't know about Grayson applying but I do know like you say it's going to be interesting! Looking forward to the friendlies now and getting back into it... It's strange but even though we got relegated I'm looking forward to next season more than I have for a few years!

I agree. First full season under the new owners, chance for a gradual overhaul of the club. Who knows how it will go but there's just a chance it could be the start of something and that's what keeps us interested.

 

I doubt Grayson would command big bucks and anyone who thinks McCann etc would cost more needs to give their head a shake.
Sure they were never gonna sign up an Allardyce type person but managers in the lower leagues don’t command big money, so I doubt very much how cheap would be a major factor.

With the new training staff apparently due 1st of July and the players always back towards the end of June, are you taking pre season training for Daniel until he arrives?

 

No - I said a foreign manager probably from Germany, Italy or Spain - when nearly everyone on here were talking about betting on managers like Hurst (FFS !!!).

I also predicted in 2016 problems arising from players contracts.
I also predicted January 2017 could see us relegated (when we were 7th in league).
I also said recruitment in summer was a debacle as certain positions (strikers) had not been filled properly.
I also said something was wrong between Ganaye / Hecky relationship.
I also said failure to sign McBurnie in the summer 2017 was a disaster for the club.
I also said after Morais first few matches that changing formation of the side was suicidal - (however I did say Morais was here to stay if we got relegated or not - but IMO it’s the lack of effort and fight in the players that got him sacked).

All of these claims at the time of posting have been absolutely slated by many on here - some of these are now trying to throw mud on this thread - see above posts lol !!!
