Time will tell whether it was the right thing to do or not

It's such a complicated issue that not you nor a thousand other political commentators have a clue how it's going to pan out at this stage.

The thing I take issue with is that David Cameron made the decision for the wrong reasons. He is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and he should make all decisions based on what is the best option for his country and its people. He did not do that. He went out there as a representative of the financial district of the city of London and it was only their interests that mattered. That's a terrible thing for our Prime Minister to do.

In the long run it may turn out to be the right decision, it may not, but when he made the decision the country he was elected to represent wasn't on his mind. I don't want such a negligent Prime Minister.

We could hire a narrow boat and launch the revolution from the Liverpool/Leeds canal route. Admittedly the locks at Bingley may scupper the element of surprise

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Milliband is only capable of leading Labour into the wilderness, but let's not pretend Cameron undertook the veto for anything other than the City. Any circumstances outside that one square mile that end up being beneficial is purely lucky coincidence.

We could perhaps disguise this barge as a coal transport vessel. But, does any canal go into our Pennine base?

EDIT: Hire? Nah, we will liberate one from its capitalist oppressor.

I thought we wanted to populate it? Not fill it with bad dance moves?
