    The rowing machine is the best equipment in the gym..

    works every part of your body..

    I'm up to 4800 in 20 minutes

    Bannatynes was quite busy today..

    no doubt most people were using the Christmas presents (ie a gym membership)

    Should be back to normal come Feb when they all get fed up
