So there will never be any ground improvements unless the club buys the stadium back? Is there a scenario where the council/PC would think it worth their investment to upgrade?
I just find it a bit disappointing knowing that even if we're promoted to the promised land, we're unlikely to see any changes to that side of the ground. That stand wouldn't look out of place in the Conference.
A fair few people do. It depends doesn't it, are you doing it to add value to the property in the hope of a future sale? Or are you doing it to improve things while you are living there? If you rent a council house would you paint the living room walls? If so why? It's dead money. Would you do the garden up? Why? Dead money. Lay decking? Build a conservatory? It all comes down to how much effort and money you are willing to put in to make your home the best it can be regardless of whether you pay £400 a month to the Halifax or to the council
Decorating 100 quid building an extension 10000, your comparison is like comparing a Mars bar and a car
I'd love to know your decorator. Give me their number please. I don't want to know your conservatory people though, you've been ripped off
