They spoke on this a couple of years ago though. Temp. Toilets would be needed as well as some other bits.

However when you look at the media section in the upper bit, the directors part, the new media building outside and the tea room/bar etc for scouts and media, there’s not really much room to do stuff with as easily. Opening the lower part would be easier I guess, and get people to leave at the side.
